Qoof was founded in 2006 by online video veteran Richard Kligman, who realized that current e-Commerce videos were failing to capitalize on the full potential of the medium. Distribution practices that didn't properly target consumers, video platforms that didn't grab consumer attention, purchasing methods that didn't streamline commerce, were a failure to both companies and consumers.
