In addition, anyone appearing in your usermercial must give you written permission to use them. If you are using a child under the age of 16 you need to get written permission from the parent or guardian.

Yes. You need to follow the terms and conditions of the affiliate program in which you are a member. These rules probably include “false claims”. An example is stating that you lost 30 lbs. in 3 weeks by using the product you are marketing when in fact it took you 4 weeks.

We welcome Usermercials in any language. In fact it is possible to search our database by language as long as it is tagged as being in the specific language.

Based on our experience the most effective messages can be delivered in 3 minutes or less. Therefore, we are limiting the length of a video to a maximum of 3 minutes.
