Qoof Ltd. was founded in September 2005 by Richard Kligman and is led by a focused, experienced and aggressive executive team with proven track records. Unlike social networks, which are focused on entertainment, Qoof is solely focused on maximizing our clients’ sales revenue and harnessing the power of their message through video.

Qoof is an Internet video commerce company. Qoof’s video commerce platform will be the next generation home shopping network on the Internet, helping an infinite number of companies cost-effectively sell more products and services and reach new customers by harnessing the scalability, decentralization and power of syndicated Internet video.

Qoof's business model is built upon the outcome of two changing trends - the explosive shift from TV to Internet watching and the demise of traditional Direct response television marketing.

From Madison Avenue advertisers to Mom and Pop entrepreneurs, Qoof's unique suite of services enables users to market, sell and most of all, increase revenue on the Internet.

UsermercialsTM enables consumers to create individual, customized online multimedia videos, where they can showcase their products. Qoof allows the user to easily upload UserMercials onto to Qoof.com website through its seamless, easy-to-use backend software plateform. Each Usermercial is linked with a simple them to make a profit off of each purchase generated from their lead.

Until recently, entrepreneurs who took advantage these programs weren't seeing a significant return on there investment and effort. One of the key reasons is because online consumers are extremely visual and typicaaly do not make purchasing decisions based on someones's recommendation alone-they need to see the product and all of its features. Through qualityvideo content delivery, Usermercials solves this problem by providing sellers with a powerful sales and marketing platform that they can utilize to show potential buyers a three-dimensional insight into a product's features, usability and functionality.

UsermercialsTM is a consumer software application that leverages the power of boradband video content to enable users to finally generate solid revenue from their partnerships with online retail affiliate programs.
